Other random pics from our trip to Florida

Some more shots of Caleb at the park on Christmas Day. It was, to me, a proper Christmas...sunny and warm enough to wear shorts!!!

"Ok, Uncle David, this one's ready to go to the printer..."

After spending like 8 or 9 hours in the airport following the snowstorm up north, our flight was cancelled. We had trouble finding flights home and had to eventually split up. Caleb and Brian went home one day and Micah and I followed a couple of days later. Below is the picture of them in the airport, after we had been there for about 5 hours. They were in their PJ's all ready to fall asleep on the plane and watching a movie. They were so good! They were exhausted but handled it all so well. Eventually, around 11:30 pm, they told us that our flight was cancelled and Uncle David came to get us and bring us back to Grammy's house.

After Brian and Caleb flew back home, Aunt Peaches, Jake, Micah and I went to the West Palm Zoo...

On our last night in Florida, Grammy, Micah and I went out to dinner at Macaroni Grill. While waiting for a table, Micah was entertaining us with his dance moves...

Christmas 2010 at Grammy's

After visiting our cousins in north Florida, we headed down to Grammy's house for Christmas. Don't worry...Santa knew exactly where to find us! Since it was Jake's first Christmas ever, we were really excited that we were able to share it with him.

Opening presents on Christmas Eve with Grammy, Jake, Aunt Peaches and Uncle David. Jake was a natural and had a great time checking out his gifts...

Enjoying cookies after opening presents. If there is one day a year that you can have cookies for breakfast, it's Christmas!

Doing the Happy-Because-I-Got-Everything-I-Wanted dance...

On Christmas day, while Micah was napping, Lex and I took Caleb and Jake to the park. Jakc had his first ride on a swing. He seemed to like it but, mostly, told us that he didn't really see what the fuss was all about since he's been swinging in his living room for months now. And also, wanted to know why doesn't this one have plush and look like a lamb??

Hanging out with Hunter, Trent and Cayden...

After Disney, we went to visit Oma and all our cousins up in Summerfield, Florida.

Trent, Hunter, Caleb and Micah hanging out on the couch...

Cayden jumped in...he wanted to hang out with the big boys, too! The only cousin missing is Jake! (Unfortunately, Caleb's ego was bruised by something and he's having a pout, not looking at the camera.)

Here is some video of the boys clowning around...

Disney at Christmastime

On December 19th we headed to Florida for Christmas. We flew into Orlando and took the boys to Disney on the 20th. They had a great time, even though the lines were long. We really got lucky with the weather...it was gorgeous!

Hanging out with Daddy while waiting for It's a Small World...

They had lots of fun stuff to play with while waiting for the Winnie the Pooh ride...

At the playground in Mickey's Toon Town...

Waiting to go see Mickey and Minney...

A (reluctant) hug for Mickey...

The highlight of the day was the Buzz Lightyear ride...

Goodnight, Disney...

As we were on our way out of the park and walking down Main Street, we realized that, even though it was about 65 degrees...it was snowing!!! The boys had a great time and we're sure that since they have a Grammy who lives in Florida, they will be seeing quite a bit of Disney during their childhood...

Christmas Stuff

Before we went to Florida, we had lots of Christmas activities here in Jersey...

Our first visit with Santa at the mall...

Since we weren't going to be home for Christmas, we put up this sad little tree here...

Our second visit with Santa. Caleb's school had a Cookies with Santa event...

Singing Christmas carols at the event with his classmates...

Santa even came to our house to deliver a present a week before Christmas, thanks to the awesome guys at the police department...

Daddy was stuck at work but got to see the whole thing via Skype...

Our Christmas visit from Uncle Sean and Aunt Ruchey...
